Video of Channel 11 & 12 programming is available on DVD & VHS for a cost of $15 each. Shipping of videos is $2 for one video, and $1 for each beyond the first. If you would like to pick up your videos from the Channel 12 studio, please indicate on the order form.
To order videos by mail, click on this Order Form then print out the adobe pdf document, fill in your name, address, phone number, and what videos you would like copies of. If you are unsure of the title of the video, please include as much information as possible about the contents, such as date of performance, where taped, etc. Send the completed order form along with payment to:
