Every year city departments are required to present a performance report to the Mayor, City Council and citizen stakeholders (Service Level Report). Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the departments discuss their mission, financial inputs, workload outputs, measures of efficiency & effectiveness (including comparisons to other cities & industry norms), results and their issues and concerns for the future. |

CITY OF POCATELLO ANIMAL PERMITS - FY2012 FEES

The City of Pocatello requires the below animal permits to keep animals within city limits. Each permit requires neighbor signatures and our the Animal Services department staff can provide animal owners an Arc-View or arial map of your neighborhood showing which homes are in the required area for signatures.

| Multiple Animal Housing Permit – required if you have more than two (2) dogs or more than five (5) cats in your home. Permit is renewable each year in May. Fee is $25.00 first year, $10.00 renewal. |

| Livestock Permit – required to own any farm type of animal. Includes pigs, goats, horses, cows, and any type of this size. Renewable each year from inception. Fee is $50.00 first year, $25.00 renewal. Each permit allows two animals. |

| Other than Livestock Permit – this permit is used for small livestock such as rabbits and chickens or other poultry. Renewable each year from inception. Fee is $5.00 per animal. |
