The Community Development Commission acts as a citizens advisory group to the City Council. The CDC is charged with making recommendations concerning land-use plans, planning processes, and/or on matters of plan implementation.

The CDC Agenda will be updated the Monday before each meeting. Meetings are held on the fourth wednesday of each month, except November and December on the second Wednesday, in the City Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m.

Hearing Examiners are appointed by the City Council to conduct public hearings and make recommendations on certain land use exception processes. Hearing Examiner meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Thursdays of each month (except in November and December) at 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, if applications are received.

Agendas are updated the Monday before each meeting.
