MAYOR TO ISSUE PROCLAMATION AT COUNCIL MEETING
Proclamation to be Presented November 20, 2008

Pocatello Mayor Roger Chase will issue a World AIDS Day proclamation at tomorrow night’s City Council Meeting scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.

The proclamation recognizes the work of the independent World AIDS Campaign to oversee and unite global efforts around World AIDS Day. It recognizes that continued commitments are needed by all governments and policymakers worldwide to combat HIV and AIDS and urges citizens to be informed and educated. Local supporters will be present to accept.
