MARSHALL PUBLIC LIBRARY PLANS TWILIGHT MOVIE PARTY
Teen Event Scheduled November 14, 2008
Teens around the country are eagerly anticipating the release of the movie Twilight, based on the popular vampire book series by Stephenie Meyer. To celebrate the movie’s release the Marshall Public Library is planning a Twilight Movie Party for teenagers.
After the Library closes for the evening on Friday, November 14, 2008, the Library will be filled with vampires and werewolves, AKA local teenagers hoping to win the costume contest. Games, music, and food will also be part of the fun. The event runs from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. While admission is free, pre-registration is required due to space limitations.
Twilight party participants should bring canned food items (nothing perishable) or $1 for the Idaho Food Bank if they’d like enter the drawing for Twilight books and other prizes, including passes to the November 21 Twilight movie debut.
Teens can call the Young Adult Librarian, Kath Ann Hendricks, at 232-1263 or drop by the Library at 113 South Garfield Avenue to register for this fun evening. Call now as space is limited.
