POCATELLO POLICE LIEUTENANT TERRY F. FELSMAN PROMOTED TO CAPTAIN
Captain Felsman has Served the City for 33 Years

Pocatello Police Chief J.R. Miller announced today that Lieutenant Terry F. Felsman has been promoted to the rank of Captain. Captain Felsman began his career with the City of Pocatello in 1975 and has served the City for 33 years. He held the position of Training Lieutenant and has done an admirable job formulating and implementing the Department’s training programs. As Captain, he will serve as Commander of the Central Records Division.

Captain Felsman has also been selected to attend the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy, Session #237, with a commencement date of March 29, 2009. This is a very prestigious appointment and honor for executive law enforcement officials.
