DANCE CLASSES OFFERED THROUGH COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER
Two Courses Offered October 18 through November 22, 2008

The Community Recreation Center, 144 Wilson Avenue, is offering two types of dance classes this fall.

The social and ballroom dancing course for couples is being offered again. Learn the waltz, tango, swing, fox trot, rumba, cha cha and country/free style. The fun begins Saturday, October 18, 2008 and runs each Saturday through November 22, 2008 from 4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. The cost for the six week course is $60.00 per couple for all six weeks or $55.00 per couple for members of the Community Recreation Center. Participants can also pick and choose classes at $15.00 a couple for each class.

Line dancing classes are also being offered for anyone who would like to learn the electric slide, slap leather, black velvet, cowboy waltz and more. These classes will also be every Saturday from October 18 through November 22, but the time will be 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This six week session is $25.00 per person or $20.00 per person for members of the Community Recreation Center. Drop-ins are welcome at $6.00 per class.
