ONE-DAY BANNOCK HIGHWAY PROJECT DELAYED
Water Department Crews To Work Wednesday Instead
The City of Pocatello 's Water Department had scheduled to start a one-day project in the area of 3599 to 3665 Bannock Highway on Monday, July 21, 2008. Due to scheduling conflicts, this project has been delayed to Wednesday, July 23 instead.
Crews will work from 7:00 a.m. until approximately 5:30 p.m. to improve the water pressure in the Johnny Creek area. It will be necessary to close one lane of traffic for the safety of the public and City employees. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic, but motorists can expect delays.
This project, like all other water system improvement projects, is funded by the Water Department's capital improvement fund. There is no cost to property owners.
